In Short

  • Conduct training sessions for Virtual Executive Assistants (EAs)
  • Manage onboarding for new clients and virtual assistants
  • Oversee account management to ensure smooth client-VA partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve training and onboarding processes
  • Maintain detailed documentation and ensure process efficiency

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or in a related role
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts efficiently
  • Experience in training and onboarding is a plus
  • Proficiency in Notion (preferred but not required)
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
