Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruiter at OLIVIA Professional Solutions, you will play a key role in building our talent pipeline and ensuring we match the right candidates to the right clients.

In Short

• Source qualified candidates for various roles including Home Care Virtual Assistants and Bookkeepers.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate and assist in final interviews.
• Manage and update candidates in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Conduct reference checks and background verification.
• Prepare and track pre-training requirements for endorsed candidates.
• Ensure smooth coordination between candidates, hiring team, and internal departments.
• Maintain organized documentation and recruitment trackers.

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with recruitment tools and systems.
• Ability to work full-time in Eastern Time (US hours).
• Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
