In Short

• Act as the primary point of contact for carriers
• Source and manage relationships with 90-130+ carriers daily
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Develop long-standing relationships to increase freight volume
• Coach new carriers and drivers on platform usage
• Collaborate with key carriers to grow their businesses
• Utilize negotiation skills for optimal freight costs
• Partner with customer experience team to manage escalations
• Work up to four weekends a year with weekdays off
