Housing Navigator/Case Manager - Remote

Overview

The Housing Navigator/Case Manager will assist members in finding and maintaining stable housing, working closely with landlords and community partners.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 2+ years experience in housing navigation or case management.
• Knowledge of local housing markets and assistance programs.
• Familiarity with housing regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations.
