Housing Stability Case Manager - Rapid Rehousing - Remote

Overview

The Housing Stability Case Manager is responsible for supporting families in achieving and maintaining housing stability through case management plans, while working in a mission-driven organization focused on improving health and ending homelessness in Washington, DC.

In Short

• Support families in gaining and maintaining housing stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in case management preferred.
• Two years of experience in a social service field if no degree.
• Strong knowledge of community resources required.
• Strong interpersonal and organization skills required.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proven ability to submit timely and accurate case notes.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a car required.
