Innovaccer is seeking a Manager-Database Reliability Engineering to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our database systems while leading a team of engineers.

• Lead and manage a team of Database Reliability Engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in database administration or reliability engineering.
• Expertise in managing database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, and Snowflake.
• Knowledge of database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Chef, Git, Gitlab, or Puppet.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Understanding of database replication and high availability architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and their database services.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
