Overview

The Housing Manager plays a key role in administering housing and transportation for non-local associates, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with housing agreements.

In Short

• Coordinate logistics for non-local associates including housing and transportation.
• Conduct inspections of housing units to ensure compliance and readiness.
• Inspire a positive culture at each site and within the division.
• Manage transportation plans for associates to and from work.
• Maintain housing rosters and provide weekly reports to corporate.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for staffing needs.
• Ensure all associates sign housing agreements and understand rules.
• Document pre-departure inspections and address concerns.
• Provide exceptional service ensuring guests feel safe and cared for.
• Work weekends as required.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in housekeeping operations or housing management.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to obtain a MasterCorp Driving Permit.
• Sound judgement and decision-making skills.
• Ability to assemble basic furniture items.
