Overview

The SaaS Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the availability of Housing SaaS platforms, ensuring effective delivery and management of services.

• Manage the delivery of Housing SaaS products.
• Provide a single point of contact for customers and internal staff.
• Proactive management and monitoring of SaaS delivery.
• Coordinate resolution of technical issues.
• Report on overall performance to senior management.

• Conduct regular service meetings with stakeholders.
• Maintain planned maintenance and upgrades of systems.
• Support and coordinate technical resources for issue resolution.
• Drive service improvement plans.

Requirements

• Proven relationship management background.
• Understanding of ITIL (v4 preferred).
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Knowledge of technologies used in SaaS delivery.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Public sector knowledge, specifically in Local Government and Housing.
• Resilient self-starter, able to work independently.
• Sound commercial understanding.
