Overview

As the Head of Sales Latam at Yuno, you will lead the commercial organization in Latin America, driving sales and building key partnerships in the payments and fintech industry.

In Short

  • Manage the commercial organization for Latam.
  • Be responsible for the commercial P&L of the region.
  • Build a network of key partners and payment processors.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Work with C-Level contacts in top e-commerce companies.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team for brand awareness.
  • Ensure execution of projects across all business verticals.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop and implement successful business strategies.
  • Engage in data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • Experience in the Latam market, especially in Payments or Fintech.
  • At least 5 years in B2B sales within the e-commerce industry.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
  • Experience in operations management, consulting, or business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing business strategies.
  • P&L responsibility experience is required.
