Overview

Yubico is seeking an energetic and experienced Regional Marketing Director to lead marketing initiatives in the APJ region, aiming to enhance the company's presence and drive demand generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

In Short

• Lead development and execution of strategic field marketing plans in APJ.
• Collaborate with sales leaders on goals and initiatives.
• Manage relationships with key channel partners.
• Plan and execute regional in-person activities.
• Track effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide actionable insights.
• Build strong relationships with regional leadership and stakeholders.
• Work with marketing team to develop compelling content and campaigns.
• 10+ years of experience in APJ field marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel within APJ 20% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in cybersecurity industry is a plus.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Marketo, and WordPress is a plus.
