The Domain Architect for Customer Experience Solutions is responsible for the IT architecture of customer-facing systems at SNCB, focusing on commercial channels, passenger information systems, and infrastructure for stations and facilities.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch or French and English.
• Experience in public transport is a plus.
• Knowledge of analysis techniques like use cases.
• Expertise in methodologies like ArchiMate, BPMN, and UML.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills.
