Overview

We are looking for an Account Executive (AE) SaaS to join our team, responsible for marketing our Customer Experience Managed Services Platform in the SME segment in Germany, from initial contact to successful contract conclusion.

In Short

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
  • Build and maintain sustainable business relationships in the SME segment.
  • Achieve strategic sales targets and actively shape market success.
  • Utilize a hunter mentality to pursue new SME deals in the CX environment.
  • Qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively.
  • Design impactful measures to optimize customer experience.
  • Stay focused and find smart solutions in unexpected situations.
  • Communicate effectively in both German and English.
  • Work in a flexible, hybrid model with potential for remote work.
  • Participate in team and company events.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in CX Managed Services or SaaS.
  • Ability to think entrepreneurially and act strategically.
  • Structured organization of the sales process using CRM tools like Hubspot.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (C1 level).
