Operations Manager (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible in our Prague office in a hybrid model.

In Short

• Responsible for a customer service project for a well-known client.
• Lead up to 5 Team Leads managing 25 freelancers each.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients.
• Empower and coach remote customer care team leads.
• Analyze KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and collaborate with the operations management team.
• Communicate confidently with clients and manage projects efficiently.
• Work in a flexible, hybrid model.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and drive sustainable success.

Requirements

• Completed professional qualification with solid experience in project management.
• Experience in a contact center environment is ideal.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams in a remote work environment.
• Strong commitment to quality and structured work style.
• Confident presence in cross-functional and intercultural teams.
