Operations Manager (m/w/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for you as an Operations Manager (m/w/d) in our headquarters in Munich, Berlin or Halle, or also nationwide remote in a hybrid model.

In Short

• Project Management & Account Management: You are the first point of contact for our clients, implementing their individual requirements into our processes and ensuring high-quality execution in close coordination with your team leads.
• Leadership & Coaching: You empower your team leads to act independently, motivating their Remote Customer Care Teams to achieve peak performance.
• Analytical Mindset: You analyze all relevant KPIs of your project, promptly identifying needs for action and steering timely optimizations.
• Stakeholder Management: You manage all project stakeholders towards positive outcomes and a smooth process flow, proactively implementing process improvements and working closely with the Operations Management Team.

Requirements

• Education: You have completed training and have leadership or project management experience, ideally in the contact center environment.
• Customer Needs: You understand the needs of clients and call center agents and can operate at eye level with both parties to professionally manage a project in the interest of all stakeholders.
• Language Skills: You are a communication professional (in German), able to motivate people remotely through your charm and competence.
• Flexibility & Quality: You have high standards for quality, act diligently and structured, and can adapt flexibly to changing situations.
• Confidence: You present yourself confidently and self-assuredly, enjoy working in cross-functional and intercultural teams, and have a healthy dose of humor.
