Overview

We are looking for you as a Talent Marketing Specialist at our headquarters in Munich. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to attract freelance talents to our platform.

In Short

  • Develop and implement cross-channel marketing strategies to attract talent.
  • Create targeted email campaigns to guide leads from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with freelancers and industry influencers to expand reach and build trust.
  • Track campaign performance, optimize based on KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Organize engaging virtual and in-person events tailored to remote and freelance professionals.
  • Initiate discussions and build loyal communities in online forums and social media.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven marketing experience, ideally focused on talent acquisition.
  • A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Practical knowledge of digital and traditional marketing measures across various channels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage campaigns from start to finish.
  • Proficient in data handling and tools for performance analysis and campaign optimization.
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills in German and English (minimum C1/B2+ level).
  • Creative, curious, and proactive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
