Performance Marketing Manager - Talent Acquisition - Remote

Overview

We are looking for you to join us immediately as Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - Talent Acquisition in our headquarters in Munich or in Berlin, in a hybrid working model.

In Short

• You will design and manage paid media strategies to acquire new freelancers for our SaaS platform.
• Your goal is to sustainably scale the talent side of our marketplace.
• You will build a scalable talent funnel and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
• You will strengthen our employer brand and develop authentic messaging for freelancers.
• You will work closely with the recruiting team to optimize landing pages and content.
• You will track and analyze campaign performance and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or HR is preferred but not mandatory.
• You should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in performance or recruitment marketing.
• You must be KPI-oriented and data-driven in your decision-making.
• You should be fluent in both German and English.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or recruitment marketing.
• Proven success in executing paid media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of KPI analysis (CPL, CAC, CTR, ROI).
• Structured and analytical working style with creativity.
• Fluency in German and English (C1 level).
