The Clinical Educator (NP) supports clinical quality and education for Nurse Practitioners and physicians delivering care on the Hims & Hers platform, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.

• Provide coaching and clinical guidance to providers.
• Conduct onboarding and training for new providers.
• Identify trends and risks to patient safety.

Requirements

• NP licensure and board certification required.
• 3–5+ years of direct patient care experience.
• Experience in clinical education or provider coaching.
• Strong understanding of clinical quality standards.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced telehealth environment.
