Senior Manager, Clinical Education & Development - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and solutions-oriented Senior Manager of Clinical Education & Development to standardize and elevate provider performance across our clinical organization. This leader will focus on building sustainable coaching frameworks, reducing quality flags, and creating streamlined, collaborative processes to support provider excellence.

In Short

• Design and implement a consistent, scalable coaching model to support provider development.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a small team of Clinical Educators.
• Provide coaching in escalated cases requiring advanced clinical expertise.
• Equip the Clinical Educator team to serve as the first line of review for provider questions.
• Leverage clinical audit data and performance trends to identify recurring quality issues.
• Partner with the Clinical Quality team to develop and maintain centralized logs and dashboards.
• Define standardized criteria for identifying and tracking low-performing providers.
• Serve as the primary liaison to the Clinical Quality team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of quality initiatives.
• Continuously identify inefficiencies in quality workflows.

Requirements

• NP licensure and board certification required.
• 5+ years of direct patient care and clinical quality improvement experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing clinical or quality-focused teams.
• Deep understanding of clinical quality standards and audit processes.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive decisions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Current or previous certification as an advanced education specialist is a bonus.
