Senior Manager, Clinical Protocol Development - Remote

Overview

This role is to assist the Clinical Protocol Development Director in improving the speed and efficiency of the creation of clinical protocols in IT systems while overseeing the CWOW Nurse Protocol and Deployment Manager team.

In Short

• Support development of business requirements for clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with corporate departments to coordinate input into protocols development.
• Act as a resource for the Clinical Education team on clinical IT systems.
• Support the clinical protocol oversight committee.
• Gather and document technical requirements with SMEs.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and provide feedback.
• Partner with IT delivery teams for requirements development.
• Travel required: up to 30%.
• Requires clinical experience and understanding of dialysis workflow.
• Requires strong project management and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Nursing, or related field.
• ESRD/Healthcare experience preferred.
• Technical background and competency preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and DaVita computer systems.
• Strong reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong business process analysis and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt based on changing priorities.
• Ability to motivate through influence and leadership.
