The Clinical Educator supports the training and education of employees within an assigned geographical area, focusing on quality patient care and achieving company initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN state licensure in primary state of residence.
• Minimum 1-year dialysis experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• Successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
• Ability to travel 35-80% of the time.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in training and education preferred.
• Commitment to continuous quality improvement.
• Ability to work in a healthcare facility environment.
• Must meet practice requirements in the state of employment.
