Overview

The Clinical Educator at UMass Memorial Health is responsible for assessing and addressing the educational needs of nursing staff, promoting professional growth, and ensuring quality patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current RN License in Massachusetts.
• Current CPR and ACLS certification.
• Minimum 5 years of current medical, surgical, and cardiac monitoring experience.
• Bedside teaching experience.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Certification in a related specialty preferred.
