In Short

• Design and develop AI applications primarily in Python.
• Run evaluations to validate models and package solutions for Kubernetes, AWS, or customer on-premises clusters.
• Lead discovery sessions and guide pilot projects with customers.
• Monitor system performance and reliability.
• Provide feedback to the core product team to influence the future of the AI platform.
• 2+ years of experience writing production-quality software.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and machine learning fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with executives and engineers.
• Versatile problem-solver who thrives in ambiguous environments.
• Experience in forward-deployed or product-oriented roles is a plus.

Requirements

• Strong customer empathy and ability to translate pain points into technical designs.
• Product-minded approach to define success metrics and make trade-offs.
• Experience with Terraform or Pulumi and multiple cloud platforms is a plus.
• Experience integrating with ERP, CRM, or large enterprise systems is a plus.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading small teams is a plus.
