PPC Team Lead - Remote

Ylopo, LLC is a rapidly growing marketing and technology company providing internet marketing services and proprietary lead generation and engagement software to successful real estate agents across the country. We are seeking an outgoing, tech savvy individual to join our growing team.

In Short

• Manage a team of analysts to optimize and manage paid media accounts.
• Communicate with clients to deliver against performance and revenue targets.
• Coach and develop team talents while holding them accountable.
• Monitor performance KPIs for Google Ads campaigns.
• Lead maintenance of keyword bids and budget caps.
• Provide recommendations for campaign strategies and opportunities.
• Answer queries from clients and other marketing teams.
• Responsible for career development and training of team members.
• Create and train on new processes and workflows.
• Work PST and report to a US Manager.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience managing a team of marketers.
• Deep experience with Google Ads and Google Ads Editor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in campaigns.
• Experience in leading regular team meetings.
• Knowledge of performance marketing metrics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in training and developing team members.
• Proficient in creating and interpreting spreadsheets.
