Lifecycle Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

As Yendo's Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll be the hands-on operator who turns lifecycle strategy into shipped campaigns, working directly with the VP of Product Marketing.

In Short

• Build and ship lifecycle campaigns in Iterable across email, SMS, push, and in-app.
• Translate briefs from cross-functional teams into executed campaigns.
• Configure and launch A/B tests; pull results and summarize learnings.
• Own the lifecycle calendar and keep evergreen journeys running.
• QA every campaign before send.
• Build and maintain audience segments in Iterable.
• Pull weekly campaign performance reports and flag anomalies.
• Partner with Design and Growth Analytics on creative briefs and segmentation.
• Use AI tools to accelerate copy drafts and variant generation.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on lifecycle/CRM/email marketing experience.
• Fluency with at least one major ESP (Iterable, Braze, etc.).
• Strong execution skills with a focus on clean, timely campaigns.
• Comfort with SQL or a willingness to learn.
• Copywriting ability for subject lines and body copy.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: experience with Iterable and consumer fintech.
