Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who has experience about crafting intuitive, scalable, and thoughtful user experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and other product designers to shape the future of our products.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end design work across the product development lifecycle, from concept to execution.
• Create low-fidelity flows, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and growth.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system.
• Lead user research efforts and communicate insights.
• Mentor junior designers and uphold design craft culture.
• Contribute to design team processes and rituals.
• Develop a deep understanding of the finance industry.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products end-to-end.
• Portfolio demonstrating strengths in interaction design and systems thinking.
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Deep understanding of design systems.
• Experience in conducting user interviews and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions.
• High proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Bonus: Experience in fintech or financial services products.
