Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

GeneDx, the world's leading genomics diagnostics company, is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Senior Product Designer to drive a reimagined customer experience.

In Short

• Own the strategy and plan for customer research, including in-depth user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Analyze and synthesize user research insights to inform product and engineering plans.
• Lead the design process from ideation through final implementation.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers.
• Continuously test, measure, and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Present and communicate design concepts and decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience, preferably in digital healthcare solutions.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Extensive experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows and clinical environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• An ownership mindset and independent self-starter.
