Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at Paddle, you will leverage your skills in problem exploration, user research, and UX/UI design to enhance the Paddle platform and contribute to a scalable design system.

In Short

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to build out the Paddle platform.
• Partner with product managers to define and evolve product roadmaps.
• Conduct user interviews and user testing.
• Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces.
• Build features that simplify complex tasks for customers.

• Own the customer-facing experience across the Paddle platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end product design for software platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the design process.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills regarding design rationale.
• Self-starter who can work autonomously.
• Experience with prototyping tools like Framer.
• Strong UI design skills using Figma or similar tools.
