Senior Product Designer - Remote

In Short

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to build out the Paddle platform.
• Partner with product managers to define and evolve product roadmaps.
• Excel at user interviews and user testing.
• Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces.
• Build features that simplify complex tasks for customers.
• Collaborate with designers and use data to improve design processes.
• Own the customer-facing experience across the platform and checkout product.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end product design for software platforms in the SaaS/B2B space.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating the end-to-end design process.
• Good experience working with design systems.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate design work clearly with supporting data.
• Self-starter who can work through ambiguity.
• Experience with prototyping using tools like Framer or HTML/CSS.
• Strong UI design skills using Figma or similar.
