Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at Circle, you'll be a key influencer shaping the future of our community SaaS platform, contributing to Circle's growing impact in the creator economy.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to launch, ensuring exceptional UX/UI design.
• Craft user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Leverage analytics and user data to optimize user experience.

• Stay updated on competitive landscape and emerging trends.
• Engage in proactive communication to remove blockers in design process.
• Review live applications and ensure UI/UX standards.
• Work closely with developers during implementation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in English at CEFR Level C2.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for high-fidelity design.
• Understanding of responsive design principles.
• Experience utilizing AI tools in design process.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Data-driven approach to design.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field preferred.
