Requirements

• Proven experience as an IC product designer with a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing complex solutions for digital environments.
• Ability to autonomously own design for a team or feature area.
• Strong understanding of design principles including typography and interaction design.
• Experience with end-to-end design processes from research to execution.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
• Ability to mentor and influence design practices within the team.
