Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Operations and Application Support.
• Understanding and exposure to AWS technologies.
• Experience with infrastructure, APM, and log file monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of AI and Automation.
• Background in coding is a plus.
• Able to work flexible hours across a 24/7 roster.
• Strong customer-centric approach.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Energetic and calm under pressure.
