Overview

The Chief of Staff (COS) at Xsolla will partner with the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer to enhance operations and strategic planning within the global marketing team, contributing to the growth of a multi-billion-dollar global company.

• Partner with the CM&GO to elevate marketing operations.
• Develop strategy and planning cycles for marketing initiatives.
• Create and manage business reviews and reporting.
• Manage Go-to-Market tracking and reporting.
• Act as trusted counsel to senior marketing leaders.
• Oversee dashboard reporting and performance metrics.
• Collaborate across divisions to solve challenges.
• Frame problems and propose solutions for opportunities.
• Lead successful meetings and manage agendas.
• Continuously learn and educate the team on industry trends.

Requirements

• 8+ years in marketing and operations within gaming/fintech.
• Proven track record with teams of 50+.
• Experience with Atlassian Suite and analytics tools.
• Highly organized and excellent communicator.
• Ability to work in an agile environment.
• Strong strategic business knowledge and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 10%).
