Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Monetization team and contribute to the development of tools that power in-game item sales for our partners worldwide. In this role, you will work at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and business impact, helping design experiences used by global gaming audiences.

In Short

• Design end-to-end monetization experiences across web-based gaming stores and related products
• Translate business goals, user needs, and data insights into scalable, high-impact design solutions
• Oversee and contribute to the broader monetization ecosystem
• Ensure consistency, scalability, and strategic alignment across the ecosystem
• Contribute to and evolve design principles, patterns, and system-level consistency
• Advocate for user experience quality while balancing speed, scale, and measurable business impact
• Mentor and support other designers
• Provide design direction and elevate craft standards
• Contribute to team growth and design culture

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience
• Strong systems thinking, UX strategy, and high-quality visual and interaction design craft
• Experience working in cross-functional, data-driven product environments
• Ability to use metrics, experimentation, and research to guide decisions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
