Sourcing Associate - Remote

Overview

The Sourcing Associate will join the Finance team at Xplor, providing expertise and support to various business verticals while helping internal stakeholders overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.

In Short

• Manage the Procure to Pay system with the AP team.
• Create and report spend data analysis.
• Drive cost out while ensuring Xplor is sourced to support/grow business.
• Manage supplier engagements from concept through execution.
• Maintain a funnel of savings opportunities and track them.
• Ensure compliance with Xplor policy and standards.
• Report on KPIs, preferred supplier adoption, and business partner reporting.
• Ensure contracts and commercial agreements are followed.

• MCIPS qualification is desirable.
