Overview

We are looking for a QA Engineer (Data) to join our Technology Vertical in Australia and make a real impact every day.

In Short

• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and transformation logic across multiple systems.
• Write and execute advanced SQL queries for data integrity checks.
• Build and enhance QA automation frameworks for data testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage.
• Mentor junior QA team members on BI testing best practices.
• Contribute to QA frameworks and automation strategies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies for QA planning and estimation.
• Drive improvements in QA processes and automation strategies.
• Work independently in a remote team environment.
• Ensure data quality in SIT and production environments.

Requirements

• Proven QA experience in BI and data warehouse environments.
• Advanced SQL skills for validating large datasets.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data governance.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience in test automation for data.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge in API testing tools like Postman.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
• A testing mindset and ability to work in fast-changing environments.
