Overview

The Partner Success Manager will join Xplor's Pay vertical to develop and maintain relationships with partners, driving sales and ensuring successful integration of payment solutions.

In Short

  • Develop understanding of Partners’ organizations and business models.
  • Maintain relationships through periodic communication with Partners.
  • Educate Partners on Xplor resources for self-service.
  • Drive sales production through interaction with Partners.
  • Monitor and report on partner production performance.
  • Assist Partners with inquiries related to residuals and reporting.
  • Support negotiation of pricing and contract renewals.
  • Prepare periodic business reviews for assigned Partners.
  • Participate in Partner events as needed.
  • Maintain Partner information in databases accurately.

Requirements

  • Must have payments experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • 2 years managing ISV Partners preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft programs.
