Requirements

  • 2 years of technical and customer support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and data-oriented problem-solving skills.
  • Patience and empathy in customer interactions.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in a remote work environment.
