The Order to Cash Administrator role at Xplor involves managing the sales ledger and the end-to-end revenue cycle, ensuring accurate billing, collections, and supporting revenue recognition.

In Short

  • Manage sales ledger and credit control tasks.
  • Process customer orders and oversee subscription billing.
  • Carry out month-end tasks to tight deadlines.
  • Run month-end reporting on debt and credit risk.
  • Handle internal and external queries.
  • Perform bank reconciliations related to Order to Cash postings.
  • Maintain contracts and invoicing for customers.
  • Conduct audit checks and day-to-day finance processing.
  • Review and reconcile data from Salesforce to Netsuite.
  • Create and review SOPs as needed.

Requirements

  • AAT Level 3 preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in a finance role, preferably in Accounts Payable or Receivable.
  • Proven credit control experience in a B2B environment.
  • Strong accounting knowledge in sales ledger and bookkeeping.
  • Customer-centric with a risk-based approach to overdue accounts.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Experience in process improvement and system development.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-driven in seeking resolutions.
