The Production Order Administrator will be responsible for managing the execution of production orders through a network of manufacturing partners, addressing unexpected issues during the production process.

Supervise production order processing and documentation in internal systems.
Select suitable contractors from the production partners database.
Support manufacturing processes, including quality control and delivery organization.
Track payments and liaise with customers.

Requirements
Fluent in English and French (B2 level or higher).
At least 1 year of experience in procurement, logistics, or order management.
Experience with engineering orders and transactional IT systems is a plus.
Willingness to work overtime and handle urgent questions outside normal hours.
Desire to work in a fast-growing business environment.
Ability to systematize work and participate in process automation.
Must have a stable internet connection for remote work.
