• We are looking for a Data Analyst to support our Sourcing & Placement team.
• The role focuses on data-driven recommendations and decision models.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities in sourcing and placement strategies.
• Work at the intersection of analytics, operations, and strategy.
• Turn data into clear, actionable proposals.
• Build and maintain dashboards for decision-making improvement.
• Conduct statistical analyses to evaluate effectiveness of changes.
• Collaborate closely with Partner Management, Product, and Operations.
• Define success metrics and monitoring checks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Operations Analytics, or Business Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Python and data libraries like pandas or SciPy.
• Solid understanding of statistics and driver/factor analysis.
• Good understanding of relational database principles.
• Ability to turn analysis into actionable recommendations.
