Overview

We are looking for an Internal Audit Coordinator of Technology to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating an audit team responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing audit work with stakeholders, ensuring the proper implementation of action plans and following the company's risk methodology.

In Short

  • Support the team in planning, executing, and concluding internal audits related to software architecture, infrastructure, IT governance, and software engineering.
  • Monitor the implementation of action plans resulting from audits, ensuring compliance with recommendations and risk mitigation.
  • Follow the Risk and Audit methodology when conducting audits, identifying potential risks and assessing the effectiveness of implemented controls.
  • Demonstrate analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement in the company's technological processes.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, reporting and developing periodic reports.
  • Supervise the performance of audit procedures, providing proactive feedback and recommending analytical solutions for areas.
  • Train auditors and communicate audit results through reports and presentations.
  • Assist in organizing and monitoring Internal Audit operations, managing the performance of the audit team and ensuring the quality of delivered projects.
  • Identify and assess the main technological risk areas of the organization, contributing to the development and execution of the technology audit plan.
  • Stay updated on emerging technological trends and risks, seeking professional development opportunities and sharing knowledge with the team.

Requirements

  • Experience as a leader in internal, external audit, governance, or internal controls with an emphasis on technology.
  • Knowledge in software architecture, infrastructure architecture, IT governance, and/or software engineering practices.
  • Experience with risk methodologies, frameworks, and standards such as COBIT, ITIL, CISA, among others.
  • Leadership, organization, and diligence in activities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in team leadership.
  • Skills in performance and indicator management.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Advanced English.
