Overview

The Technology Team Coordinator provides essential business and administrative support to the entire Technology department, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination across teams and regions.

In Short

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Technology Leadership Team.
• Coordinate complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for Technology leaders.
• Facilitate and support key cross-department and leadership meetings.
• Manage the billing and invoicing process for Technology systems.
• Support the planning and coordination of key technology division events.
• Monitor and manage team schedules, including holidays and availability.
• Support onboarding administration for new hires within the Technology department.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Google Sheets or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
• 2+ years of experience in administrative or support roles.
