Senior Director of Health System Patient Access - Remote

Overview

The Senior Director Health System Patient Access is responsible for product and program management of a portfolio of patient access and affordability solutions that create new sources of income.

In Short

• Responsible for driving innovation and commercialization of patient access products.
• Works closely with commercial business unit leaders for alignment and execution.
• Leads solution development and commercialization of high impact products.
• Ensures solution builds align with overall business strategy.
• Continuously evaluates ideas within the innovation process.
• Responsible for financial performance including business case development.
• Defines and tracks success metrics through OKRs.
• Monitors research and development trends in the industry.
• Develops go-to-market strategy and messaging.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and located near a major airport.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred (MBA, MHA, etc.).
• 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of patient access and affordability programs.
• Health system-based pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Product management training and/or experience is a plus.
• Lean six-sigma or similar certification is a plus.
• Polished communication skills and team management capabilities.
• Highly proficient in product development and change management.
• Strong technical proficiency with reporting tools.
• Experience with electronic medical records and pharmacy systems.
