Director of Patient Access Services - Remote

Overview

The Director, Patient Access Services will be responsible for the initial build and ongoing success of the Patient Support Program for at least one oral TKI in the NSCLC market, focusing on delivering the best possible patient experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years’ experience in Patient Support Services.
• Experience with oral oncology product launches.
• Knowledge of non-small cell lung cancer preferred.
• Understanding of US legal and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacies and Payers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with patient services industry KPIs and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Up to 20% domestic travel.
