The Client Services Director at Monks will lead client relationships and media teams, ensuring performance excellence and strategic alignment with client goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in client service and digital media.
• Strong background in media planning, buying, and measurement.
• Experience in leading teams in high-pressure environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• BA or equivalent in marketing, advertising, or business.
• Desire to grow as a leader and mentor.
• Ability to forge long-term client partnerships.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
