Overview

As a BizOps Lead at XBOW, you will own the internal infrastructure that supports the team and protects the company as it scales, focusing on People, Risk, and Compliance in a high-growth environment.

In Short

• Lead foundational systems and workflows across payroll, HRIS, and compliance.
• Manage employment compliance across U.S. states and internationally.
• Partner with Finance and Legal for compliant onboarding and internal audits.
• Own policy development for the employee handbook and internal protocols.
• Implement systems aligning with compliance and audit requirements.
• Support internal reviews related to employment and workplace compliance.
• Oversee logistics for office access and health & safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Business Operations and Finance on process design.
• Assist the People team with compensation cycles and policy automation.
• Support operational planning for compliance and infrastructure readiness.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in People Operations or Business Operations.
• Fluent in employment operations, payroll, and compliance.
• Ability to build scalable frameworks and systems.
• Proactive and execution-focused with sensitive work experience.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
