Parsons is seeking a Vice President for Business Development to lead major business pursuits within the Space Systems sector, focusing on the Missile Defense Agency and related defense customers.

In Short

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Engineering, Science or Business.
  • 15+ years of experience in business development.
  • Proven experience with $100M+ captures.
  • Top-Secret clearance required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of DoD and MDA policies.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
  • Knowledge of systems engineering and agile software development.
  • Ability to develop relationships and negotiate with clients.
  • Experience in the defense and intelligence sectors.
