Overview

The Regional Head is the executive leader responsible for the end-to-end performance and operational delivery of the Client Coverage Group (CCG) within a designated geographical region.

Requirements

• 7+ years in client-facing roles in financial services.
• Experience managing P&L or revenue targets.
• Understanding of client onboarding processes and regulations.
• Proven change leadership abilities.
• Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Interest or experience in crypto is beneficial.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in local language is a plus.
• Reliable workspace and internet connection required.
