Overview

The EMEA Regional Controller is a key member of the Finance team, overseeing the book close process for the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and managing statutory reporting and audits.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting required.
• Qualified member of a recognized accountancy body preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of financial accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of IFRS.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience in SAP a plus.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor team members.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills under tight deadlines.
• Strong financial analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
