GCM Unit Manager IV - Remote

Overview

Manages administrative, relationship management and planning for one or more assigned section’s product lines or group of staff. Works closely with management and/or Product Leader and others as assigned.

In Short

• Manage largest and/or most complex relationships, cultivating present and prospective clients.
• Meet with clients to ensure quality of service and uncover opportunities for referrals.
• Manage, coach and mentor Relationship Managers and other assigned staff members.
• Lead development and implementation of process improvements.
• Participate in revenue generating efforts as assigned.
• Collaborate to implement strategic plan.
• Exercise authority concerning staffing and performance management.
• Design and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk.
• Maintain M&T internal control standards.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years’ related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ managerial experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Problem resolution and resource management skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Certified Corporate Trust Specialist certification preferred.
• Project management skills preferred.
• High proficiency in relevant software.
